Very excited about yesterday’s tasting with Cloud Catering for a September wedding in Sagaponack. Especially combining a variety of serving styles for one event. Starting with a plated served summer salad of fresh melon and heirloom tomatoes with summer radish, greens and pea tendrils. Lightest balsamic and a smudge of blue cheese. I could eat this every day. Astonishingly light and incredibly flavorful. Main course was an incredible assortment to choose from; Veal Porterhouse, Steak Porterhouse, Grilled Swordfish (with mango corn salsa), bbq chicken, all passed a la French service. Sides will be served family style; potato salad with taragon and crumbled pumpernickle croutons, Glazed grilled onion, Braised grilled pork belly, grilled asparagus with Bearnaise, roasted root vegetables. We’re also serving buttermilk biscuits but they were gone before I could even take a photo! Hungry yet?
